Roles and Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders across departments.
- Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify areas for optimization.
- Create data-driven insights using Excel, SQL, Power BI or Tableau.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support strategic decisions.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide planning and development.
- Assist in the implementation of new systems/processes, including UAT and training.
- Strong experience with documentation and task-tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
