Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Gather and document business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders across departments.
2. Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify areas for optimization.
3. Create data-driven insights using Excel, SQL, Power BI or Tableau.
4. Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support strategic decisions.
5. Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide planning and development.
6. Assist in the implementation of new systems/processes, including UAT and training.
7. Strong experience with documentation and task-tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
8. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
