Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to bridge the gap between our business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be adept at gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and working closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
2. Translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
3. Collaborate with project managers, development teams, and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
4. Assist in the development of test cases and participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
6. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. 2-4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
5. Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling (e.g., UML, BPMN).
6. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
7. Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and business intelligence concepts is desirable.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
9. Good to have experience or knowledge of tools like, Jira, Figma, or Balsamiq.
