Roles & Responsibilities -

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Information Systems, or related field.

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus.

• Familiarity with project management and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
