Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst / Pre-Sales Consultant / Sales Development Representative based in Sanganer, Jaipur. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, preparing and delivering impactful presentations, supporting pre-sales activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business process improvements. The role also involves creating detailed documentation, participating in client-facing discussions, and building relationships to identify new business development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to analyze data and interpret business needs effectively
• Proficiency in Business Analysis, including identifying pain points and proposing solutions
• Effective Communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of Business Processes and the ability to map them for effective implementation of solutions
• Experience in gathering and documenting detailed Business Requirements for software development projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Prior experience in enterprise software, document management, or business process management is a plus
