Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new B2B customers within the fintech and BFSI ecosystem
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable fintech solutions such as:
- Digital payments
- Lending platforms
- Investment tools
- Neobanking solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline and funnel management
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and commercial negotiations with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales pitches and campaigns
- Stay updated on fintech industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments
- Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–6 years of experience in sales or business development within:
- Fintech
- BFSI
- SaaS (LOS, LMS preferred)
- Technology-driven financial products
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Good understanding of fintech products similar to our product
