Roles & Responsibilities -
1–3+ years of B2B sales/sales development experience (SaaS or enterprise software, preferred).
Fluent in English and ability to work US hours
Familiarity with P&C insurance, agency operations, or distribution workflows is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to technical + business audiences.
A creative, experimental mindset with the drive to test new outreach strategies and discover what resonates with our audience and utilize AI tooling
Tenacity in outbound prospecting; comfortable with rejection and iterative learning.
Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms (Salesforce, Zoominfo, Clari).
Coachable, metrics-driven, and aligned with continuous improvement.
