The Role:

1. Work as an integral part of the software engineering team as a senior independent contributor, working closely and liaising as needed with local Engineers and development teams in Sydney.
2. Hands-on development in C#/ Angular/ TypeScript (this is a hands-on role), employing SOLID principles. We believe in doing things the right way and giving developers the space to do so.
3. Work closely with UX Designers to create a simple, intuitive, and pleasant-to-use user experience and journey
4. Use Azure DevOps, NUnit or other unit testing frameworks, TeamCity, Jasmine, JEST, Cypress, or similar tools
5. Take on Testing and automation-related activities when required
6. Be part of our build and operate culture for our products, including L2/L3 support, investigations, and bug fixes.

Essential Experience:

1. Strong software engineering skills as a full-stack .NET Engineer, using C# and other testing frameworks, who practices well-structured development techniques. Angular experience is highly desirable
2. Experience developing high-performance, scalable, and extensible software
3. Excellent communication skills and experience liaising with stakeholders
4. Ability to create software that is easy to test, debug, a nd maintain, written to best practices
5. Agile/Scrum, secure coding, CI/CD in a commercial production environment
6. Degree-educated in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent industry experience
7. An outcome-driven, collaborative, curious, and agile mindset, always looking to learn and improve, but with an ability to work independently where required

Desirable Experience:

1. AI, C++, GPUs, Language parsers, AI-based tools (eg, Co-Pilot), and PaaS services such as OpenAI, WPF, Git, and Pulumi
2. Experience developing cloud-based SaaS solutions, especially on Azure
