About the Role-
We are looking for a Junior Outreach & Partnerships Associate to help strengthen our relationships with employers and promote hiring opportunities for students from our partner colleges.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, is target-oriented, and wants to build a career in business development or partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach to companies (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to introduce them to our hiring ecosystem.
- Communicate the value of hiring from our partner colleges and understand employers’ hiring needs.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between companies and our internal partnerships/campus teams.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, follow-ups, and employer responses in CRM tools.
- Support in organizing employer engagement events (webinars, virtual drives, campus hiring days, etc.).
- Research potential employers, market trends, and industry hiring patterns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication between employers and colleges.
- Assist in preparing outreach materials, decks, and reports as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a willingness to cold-call and engage new prospects.
- Basic understanding of talent acquisition or campus hiring is a plus (not mandatory).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Comfortable using productivity tools (Google Workspace, CRM tools, LinkedIn, etc.).
- High level of ownership, responsiveness, and persistence.
Preferred Qualities-
Prior internship/experience in sales, business development or partnerships.
