Roles and Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Development: Proactively Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand market presence.
Relationship Management: Be a champ at maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing channel partners.
Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets through channel partners.
Market Expansion: Being one of the top responsibilities - research and identify new market opportunities and trends.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and manage contracts with channel partners, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial, while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Training and Support: Take a lead in providing training and support to channel partners on products, sales techniques, and market strategies. Also responsible for, developing and delivering
training materials and programs.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and partner activities. Use data to make informed decisions and optimize channel strategies.
