Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions across global social media channels (Instagram & TikTok)
- Craft engaging, on-brand responses using the right tone, emojis, and platform behavior
- Provide exceptional customer service and escalate concerns when needed
- Strong copywriting, proofreading, and multitasking skills required
- Stay up-to-date with global pop culture and consumer trends
- Beauty industry experience or scaling digital communities is a big plus
- Expertise in using social platforms and industry tools is preferred
- Must-Have Skills: Social media management, copywriting, community engagement, customer service, platform tone knowledge (IG/TikTok)
