Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Manage customer interactions across global social media channels (Instagram & TikTok)
2. Craft engaging, on-brand responses using the right tone, emojis, and platform behavior
3. Provide exceptional customer service and escalate concerns when needed
4. Strong copywriting, proofreading, and multitasking skills required
5. Stay up-to-date with global pop culture and consumer trends
6. Beauty industry experience or scaling digital communities is a big plus
7. Expertise in using social platforms and industry tools is preferred
8. Must-Have Skills: Social media management, copywriting, community engagement, customer service, platform tone knowledge (IG/TikTok)
