Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Define & execute documentation strategy across product lines.
2. Set writing standards, tone, taxonomy & governance for content.
3. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing & Sales for user guides, API docs, blogs, and enablement materials.
4. Oversee creation & maintenance of intuitive, up-to-date documentation aligned with product releases.
5. Lead & mentor technical writing team, define KPIs, and drive quality & adoption.
6. 8+ yrs in technical content development (2+ yrs in leadership).
7. Experience with enterprise software documentation & CMS/tools (Confluence, Git, Markdown).
8. Strong technical understanding & ability to simplify complex concepts.
9. Agile/product environment experience; knowledge of ITSM/DevOps preferred.
