    Job Responsibilities :

    • Acquire new customers
    • Call Jio Customers and explain them about Jio`s Recharges  
    • Assist the customers in completing Jio Recharge
    • Sell new Jio connections to prospective customers 
    • Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines
    • Ensure a delightful customer experience
    • Respond to all customers in appropriate tone and language
    • Capture customer details and data relevant to the call or service
    • Learn about Jio`s plans, products and services to add value to the offering

    Skills & Competencies :

    • Basic knowledge of reading and writing
    • Smartphone usage
    • Speak local language
    • Sales and customer handling skills
    • Ability to learn
    • Goal and result oriented
