About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Data Analyst Fresher who loves working with data, finding insights, and solving business problems. If you enjoy numbers, dashboards, reports, and turning raw data into meaningful decisions, this role is for you.

You’ll work closely with different teams to analyze trends, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations
• Identify trends, patterns, and business insights
• Work with Excel, SQL, and BI tools for analysis
• Support teams with data-based recommendations
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
• Maintain accuracy and consistency in datasets
• Assist in automating repetitive reporting tasks

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of SQL queries
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
• Understanding of statistics and reporting basics
• Ability to work with large datasets

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau
• Basic Python knowledge for data analysis
• Familiarity with APIs or databases
• Understanding of business metrics & KPIs
