About the Role: As a HR Ops and Payroll delivery POC, you will have the responsibilities to manage Local HR Ops and Payroll Services at Bunge's Global Capability Centre (GCC) operating from Mohali partnering with the Global Payroll CoE team and Business Unit HR leads.



Responsibilities:


  • Drive harmonization of local HR and Payroll processes.
  • Deploy appropriate controls and systems and help support implementation of Global payroll system.
  • Help upgrade Shared services capability for Payroll and Local HR Ops implementing overall service delivery strategy for region.
  • Implement and augment overall HR Data Governance framework and ensure high quality HR Data management by implementing core audit practices.
  • Drive Operational Excellence by identifying, designing and enabling with the Automation team to help implement automation solution through RPA / AI tools.
  • Translate process opportunities into scalable AI solution.
  • Lead the HR Services Team responsible for delivering Local HR Ops and Payroll services to regional Bunge Business center in BBS Mohali.
  • Deliver on the Bunge Business Transformation agenda for HR Ops and Payroll services.
  • Work with Global Payroll CoE team to help support implementation of Global Payroll integration project as per defined timeline and framework.
  • Anticipate needs to continue to scale BBS function and business, diagnose and drive the improvement of existing programs and thereby implementation of new standard Global / Regional process.
  • Support the transition activities according to the timeline and budget including infrastructure and facility readiness, hiring, knowledge transfer, and go live readiness.
  • Create a Framework of Global HR Data Governance and Audit mechanism thereby augmenting data quality enhancement through various control measures / tools.
  • Drive Automation implementation by identifying opportunities to eliminate repetitive tasks and increase efficiency.
  • Translating process opportunities into functioning Automated solution through RPA / AI tools with the help of Automation / CI team.
  • Leading/participating in different projects on need basis.
  • Drive effective stakeholder management, governance management, escalations handling skills, etc.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum a Bachelor's Degree / Master’s degree in HR preferred.
  • 15-18 years' experience of managing global HR Services in a Shared service role.
  • Prior experience in service delivery managing clients and People Leaders.


Required Skills:


  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR data governance and audit practices.
  • Experience with automation tools and RPA / AI solutions.

Preferred Skills:


  • Experience in global HR transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
  • Ability to drive change and improve operational efficiency.
