DevOps Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible.
• Deploy, manage, and monitor containerized applications on Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline deployment processes.
• Implement infrastructure security, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of applications and infrastructure.
• Maintain documentation for deployment processes, configurations, and SOPs.
• Lead DevOps initiatives and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in AWS services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, EKS, CloudWatch, etc.
• Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes orchestration and container management.
• Experience with Jenkins pipeline creation and CI/CD automation.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Strong automation and configuration management experience using Ansible.
• Good understanding of Docker, Linux administration, networking, and scripting.
• Experience in monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch.
• Knowledge of Git, branching strategies, and DevOps best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certification is preferred.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
