Key Responsibilities
Design and own enterprise data strategy, architecture roadmap, and governance.
Oversee modern data platforms (Data Lakes, Warehouses, Streaming).
Integrate Marketing & Commercial Analytics tools (CDP, MMM, ProfitSphere).
Ensure data quality, security, privacy, and compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
Drive cloud optimization, scalability, and performance.
Enable AI/ML use cases (personalization, forecasting, predictive analytics).
Lead and mentor data engineering teams through influence.
Collaborate with global stakeholders and report to senior leadership.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
18+ years in IT; 8+ years in Data Architecture / Data Engineering.
Strong experience with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS/Azure/GCP, Kafka.
Expertise in data modeling, SQL, ETL/ELT, large-scale distributed systems.
Strong understanding of CPG/FMCG analytics & marketing data.
Knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF).
Proficiency in Python / Java / Scala.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management & leadership skills.
