Roles and Responsibilities:

• 15+ years of experience in Software Engineering with 5+ years leading engineering managers and large teams
• Strong expertise in SaaS platforms, software architecture, distributed systems, and AWS cloud infrastructure
• Hands-on exposure to AI/ML technologies and AI-powered product development initiatives
• Experience driving engineering strategy, scalable architecture, CI/CD, DevOps, and engineering best practices
• Strong leadership skills with experience collaborating across Product, Data, Security, and executive teams
• Excellent stakeholder management, mentoring, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
