Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring coding standards and best practices.
- Work directly with clients for requirements gathering, discussions, and solution design.
- Develop and optimize applications using .NET Core, MVC 5, Angular, Web API, and C#.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, LINQ, JavaScript, JQuery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams (including US counterparts) for smooth delivery.
- Apply DevOps practices and leverage Azure/AWS cloud for deployments and performance optimization.
- Minimum 7+ years in .NET development, with 3+ years in team leadership/handling role.
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- (Preferred) Exposure to Digital Marketing Agencies or IT Services domain.
