Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring coding standards and best practices.
2. Work directly with clients for requirements gathering, discussions, and solution design.
3. Develop and optimize applications using .NET Core, MVC 5, Angular, Web API, and C#.
4. Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, LINQ, JavaScript, JQuery.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional global teams (including US counterparts) for smooth delivery.
6. Apply DevOps practices and leverage Azure/AWS cloud for deployments and performance optimization.
7. Minimum 7+ years in .NET development, with 3+ years in team leadership/handling role.
8. Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions.
9. (Preferred) Exposure to Digital Marketing Agencies or IT Services domain.
