Role overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Microsoft D365 Consultant to join our growing D365 team.

The Senior D365 Consultant is responsible for planning, designing, delivering and supporting best in class solutions built upon the Microsoft D365 platform. This role is accountable for the technical delivery of projects and requires engagement in the full project lifecycle from presales through to operational handover. The successful candidate will be a passionate advocate of innovation with a preference towards using new technology to solve business problems.

Responsibilities

1. Architecture and Design of Microsoft D365 Solutions including (but not limited to) Dynamics CRM, Power Platform, and wider D365 Platform
2. Client Consultancy and Workshops to capture requirements and technical design needs
3. Where necessary, implementation of aforementioned D365 Solutions
4. Supporting D365 Solutions
5. Consultancy for migrations to D365, best practice and oversight
6. Delivery of training and client workshops in support of our solutions
7. Building trusted client relationships
8. Mentoring and training of team members
9. Consistent demonstration of high-quality deliverables and communication
10. Continuous improvement through team initiatives
11. Accurate time keeping, awareness of commercial budgets and general consultancy good practices

About you

1. Possess an excellent understanding of key components of Microsoft D365
2. Able to consult and advise clients on the capabilities of the broader D365 platform
3. Ability to provide business analysis consultancy to aid with solution design decisions and requirements capture
4. Experience of designing and leading solutions using Dynamics CRM
5. Experience of taking overall accountability for client outcomes and direction
6. Experience of leading project teams in close collaboration with clients
7. Experience of Data Governance and Information Protection principals
8. Experience of designing solutions using Microsoft Azure
9. Awareness of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design concepts
