We sell through leading retailers and major e-commerce platforms in North America, the UK, and Australia, and are expanding into China, the EU, and India. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Inventory Analysis: Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability aligns with forecasted sales, avoiding stockouts.
- Buy Box Analysis: Regularly track the Buy Box status of each ASIN to ensure it is active. Identify reasons for suppression, such as pricing violations, stockouts, delivery issues, customer complaints, or Buy Box capture by other sellers.
- Search Term & Keyword Indexing Analysis: Analyse each ASIN’s performance in organic and sponsored keyword searches to ensure all relevant keywords are indexed and ASINs are not suppressed from search results.
- Sales & Profitability Analysis: Track daily sales, revenue, forecasts, and net PPM (Pure Profit Margin) to ensure ASINs remain active and perform well to maintain regular POs and achieve consistent sell-through.
- Competitor Analysis: Identify direct and indirect competitors by reviewing their product listings, images, content, pricing, and keyword strategies. Understand their promotional tactics to gain a competitive edge.
- Market Segmentation Analysis: Track product category-wise pricing trends (from lowest to highest range), keyword performance, and most-clicked brands to identify market gaps and positioning opportunities.
- Planning Organic Promotions: Develop ASIN-level promotional strategies using coupons, deals, or discounts that comply with Amazon policies while safeguarding net profit margins.
- Active Deal Monitoring: Continuously monitor live deals to ensure pricing accuracy, Buy Box ownership, keyword ranking, and stock availability throughout the promotion period.
- Reporting & Sales Insights: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly ASIN performance reports covering sales metrics, category performance, and forecast accuracy. Share updates on performance, progress, and key sales activities with management and the team.
- Organic Sales Growth: Continuously optimize activities, including Inventory Analysis, Buy Box Analysis, Profitability Analysis, keyword trend and search volume monitoring, BSR tracking, and competitor strategy assessment to drive organic sales growth and reduce dependency on Sponsored Ads.
