Roles & Responsibilities -
· Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15 years of experience in accounting and finance.
· Extensive experience in drafting accounting policies and processes for organizations.
· Strong understanding and hands-on experience in AP, AR, cash management, revenue and divisional reporting.
· Excellent knowledge of month-end and year-end reporting processes.
· Strong knowledge of UK, US and APAC accounting practices, with MNC experience as a significant advantage.
· Experience in implementing accounting systems to improve financial operations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
