Flexera One Implementation & Administration:

• Implement, configure, and maintain Flexera One including IT Visibility (ITV), SaaS Management, SAP Optimization modules , AD integration , VMWare Integration, SCCM Integration etc
• Deploy and manage Flexera Agents across Windows, Linux, virtual, and cloud environments.
• Configure SaaS application integrations • Integrate Flexera One with ServiceNow CMDB, discovery tools, and external data sources
• Build and maintain API-based integrations for data exchange, automation, and reporting.
• Manage normalization, software recognition, and high-quality data ingestion
• Knowledge in Flexera SAP Optimizer for SAP license usage analysis and optimization.
• Ensure end-to-end inventory accuracy and coverage across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Develop dashboards and reports on software usage, compliance, and optimization opportunities.
• Support audits, contract renewals, and compliance initiatives

Skills & Experience:

• 4–8+ years of SAM/ITAM experience with deep expertise in Flexera One
• Strong knowledge of Flexera One modules: ITV, SaaS Management, SAP optimizer , Agents, API, Reporting, CMDB Integration
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, discovery tools (SCCM, BigFix, Tanium, etc.) is preferred
• Good understanding of software licensing models (Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, IBM, SAP).
• Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong knowledge in Business adapter
