- Define ICP and target segments from scratch
- Break down competitors:
- What they’re saying
- What’s working
- What they’re missing
- Turn insights into clear messaging and positioning
- Create and launch:Ads (LinkedIn, Google, Meta)
- Landing pages
- Content that converts
Run fast experiments across:
- Hooks
- Creatives
- Audiences
- Offers
Kill what doesn’t work. Double down on what does.
Own pipeline generation — not clicks, not impressions.
What This Role Actually Looks Like
Monday: Analyze 10 competitor ads
Tuesday: Write 5 new angles
Wednesday: Launch campaigns
Friday: Kill 3, scale 2
Repeat.
Who You Are
- You’ve run campaigns yourself - not just planned them
- You can write sharp, opinionated content (not corporate fluff)
You understand:
- ICPs
- buyer psychology
- messaging that converts
- You’re comfortable with:
- LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads
- You use AI tools by default (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- You move fast and don’t wait for perfect information
Tools (You’ll Use, Not Worship)
- Ads: LinkedIn, Google, Meta
- Analytics: GA, HubSpot, etc.
- AI: ChatGPT, Claude
- Bonus: Clay, automation tools
If you can learn fast, tools don’t matter.
