Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead frontend development for both web and mobile applications
2. Strong hands-on experience with React.js and React Native
3. Expertise in Redux or MobX for state management
4. Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and working with REST/GraphQL APIs
5. Experience in building scalable, maintainable, and performance-optimized UI systems
6. Ability to guide and mentor junior developers in the team
7. Bonus: Familiarity with TypeScript, Storybook, PWA, and mobile app deployment
