Role & Responsibility:

1. Develop and maintain backend services using Golang
2. Design microservices with a focus on performance, scalability, and clean architecture
3. Build RESTful APIs and ensure their smooth integration with frontend components
4. Utilize concurrency and parallelism in Golang using goroutines, channels, etc.
5. Implement and maintain event-driven/message-driven workflows using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ
6. Work with SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis
7. Build responsive, interactive user interfaces using React.js, Vue.js, or Next.js
8. Integrate frontend components with backend services to ensure seamless functionality
9. Follow UI/UX best practices and collaborate with design teams for implementation
10. Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
11. Participate in Agile practices like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
12. Collaborate with QA, product managers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality features
13. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
14. Continuously learn and apply modern development practices and tools

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
2. 3–5 years of fullstack development experience • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Golang
3. Proficiency in React.js, Vue.js, or Next.js
4. Strong understanding of event-driven/message-driven architecture
5. Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and backend scalability
6. Knowledge of network programming is a plus
7. Familiarity with databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis
8. Strong understanding of version control (Git) and Agile methodologies
9. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
