One of our clients, into Manufacturing of Thrust Bearing and Carbon Bushes is seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager Human Resources in Plant Operations.
Job Purpose
To lead and integrate the Human Resources, Industrial Relations, and Administration functions across multiple manufacturing plants, ensuring workforce productivity, statutory compliance, proactive employee relations, and operational efficiency. The role is responsible for building a high-performance work culture through strong people practices, proactive IR strategies, leadership development, and robust administrative governance, thereby enabling uninterrupted and seamless operations and support sustainable business growth.
Qualification
MBA (HR) / MSW / Master’s in Industrial Relations (IR) or equivalent postgraduate qualification in HR from a University or College of repute
Min. Exp.
25+ Years
(Mandatory experience in Engineering / Manufacturing industry)
Languages
Tamil, English (Excellent communication required both written and speaking) & Hindi (Added advantage)
Candidate’s Location
Preferred Location : Tamil Nadu or candidates who are native of Tamil and working in other States but desiring to return to Tamil Nadu
