About the Role

We're hiring our first dedicated marketing hire at HeyTheo. Our AI analyst Theo produces thesis-driven research across 9,000+ US equities, integrating technical indicators, fundamentals, news sentiment, and options flow. Think institutional-grade analysis, accessible to retail.

You'd own our entire growth function from day one. Content pipeline, distribution across 10+ channels, analytics, and iteration. Reporting directly to the founder. No marketing manager above you.

Is This Role Right for You?

This is the right role if…

• You actively trade US or Indian equities using technical indicators (RSI, MACD, moving averages, etc.)
• You write English fluently enough that US retail investors won't know you're not based in the US
• You use Claude or ChatGPT daily and have strong opinions about prompting
• You want ownership, not a checklist
• You can read a GA4 funnel and adjust your strategy weekly

This is NOT the right role if…

• You've never placed a trade
• You need close supervision
• You want to \"do strategy\" without executing
• You're looking for a brand-name marketing role to put on your resume

Requirements

• ✓ 1+ years of post-college work experience
• ✓ Trading experience
• ✓ Strong written English
• ✓ Comfort with LLMs as daily tools
• ✓ Basic analytical literacy — GA4, Search Console, UTMs, conversion rates

Strong Plus

• Tier-1 engineering + MBA (IIT, NIT, BITS, IIM, ISB, or equivalent)
• Previous fintech, brokerage, or trading platform work experience
• CS or programming background

Compensation

Competitive for early-to-mid career marketers in India, plus performance bonus tied to trial signups. Compensation expectations confirmed in your application.
