Job Summary:

We seek an Engineering Head – Sensors to lead the design, development, and validation of cutting-edge automotive sensors. This role involves technology roadmap planning, product innovation, team leadership, and compliance adherence. The ideal candidate will have extremely strong expertise in sensor physics as well as good exposure to embedded systems, AI-driven perception technologies, and automotive safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expand range of existing sensors and upgrade their technology
• develop new technology sensors
• Expand the sensor engineering team
• Collaborate with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and R&D institutions.

Key Qualifications:

• B.E./M.E. in Electronics, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering.
• 10+ years in sensor development for automotive applications.
• Expertise in Optical, ultrasonic, level, Pressure, temperature , speed sensors.
• Knowledge of CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet, and AI-driven sensor integration.
• Experience with vehicle validation, HIL/SIL testing, and EMI/EMC compliance.
