HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and people-centric HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for a fast-growing organization in the travel technology and IT services domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.

Role Overview:

Looking for an HR Executive to handle end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, onboarding, employee engagement, and basic compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment (IT & non-IT roles)
• Candidate sourcing via job portals & social media
• Interview coordination & follow-ups
• Onboarding, HR documentation & MIS
• Employee engagement & HR operations support

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience as HR Executive / HR Generalist
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed preferred
• IT / Travel domain exposure is a plus
