We are looking for a result-oriented HR Executive with a strong focus on Onboarding Operations to join the Aditya Birla Group at our Worli office for a 6-month fixed-term engagement.

The Role:

As an HR Executive, you will be the face of the organization for new joiners, ensuring a seamless, world-class onboarding journey. You will manage the end-to-end integration process, from documentation to orientation, ensuring every new employee starts their journey on the right note.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Onboarding Operations for new hires.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, Admin, Finance) for asset and desk readiness.
• Verify and maintain digital and physical employee records/documentation.
• Facilitate induction sessions and act as the primary point of contact for new joiner queries.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3–4 years of core HR experience.
• Specialization: Proven track record in managing Onboarding at scale.
• Location: Must be comfortable with a Work-from-Office setup in Worli, Mumbai.
• Work Week: 5-day working (Mon–Fri).
• Tenure: This is a 6-month fixed-term contract. We are looking for candidates who can commit to the full duration.
