Job description & requirements

Company Profile: Founded in 2005 and based in Ahmedabad, the company specializes in the Fintech domain, with a mission to deliver cutting-edge, technology-driven financial innovations and solutions. It is supported by a team of over 300 IT engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles.
  2. Post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, and relevant platforms.
  3. Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
  4. Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback and candidate updates.
  5. Maintain candidate databases and HR records.
  6. Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  7. Help organize internal HR events, training sessions, and engagement initiatives.
  8. Assist in drafting HR policies, documentation, and reports.
  9. Support employee engagement and communication initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Strong interest in IT recruitment and understanding of technical roles (Java, Spring Boot, etc.).
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  5. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  6. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
