Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles.
- Post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, and relevant platforms.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback and candidate updates.
- Maintain candidate databases and HR records.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Help organize internal HR events, training sessions, and engagement initiatives.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, documentation, and reports.
- Support employee engagement and communication initiatives.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in IT recruitment and understanding of technical roles (Java, Spring Boot, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
