Hiring: HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Experience: 8–15 Years
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days WFO)
Travel: Once in 3 months (across business units)
Work Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore
Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic HR Business Partner to drive people initiatives aligned with business goals. The role involves working closely with business leaders, influencing decision-making, and enabling high-performing teams across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business/unit heads to align HR strategy with business objectives
- Drive performance management and build a high-performance culture
- Handle employee grievance management and ensure positive employee relations
- Lead succession planning and talent development initiatives
- Design and implement hiring strategies in collaboration with TA teams
- Drive employee engagement & retention programs
- Support leadership with insights, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness
- Use data-driven insights to influence decisions and improve HR outcomes
Key Requirements
- 8–15 years of experience in core HRBP role (must-have)
- Strong exposure to business partnering & stakeholder management
- Proven experience in performance management, talent management & retention
- Excellent analytical & data interpretation skills
- Ability to influence and work closely with leadership teams
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- MBA / PG in HR preferred
