Role & responsibilities

• Partnering with stakeholders to implement HR Strategies that support employee performance & business growth.
• Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee lifecycle including succession planning & employee engagement.
• Conduct regular branch visits to maintain strong employee connect & support regional teams.
• Handle employee relations & grievance in line with bank policies.
• Demonstrate strong team management skills.

Preferred candidate profile.

• Tamil language proficiency.
• Relevant experience in Banking / NBFC industry.
• Willingness to travel for Branch visits across the assigned states.
• Excellent communication skills.
