Role & responsibilities
- Partnering with stakeholders to implement HR Strategies that support employee performance & business growth.
- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee lifecycle including succession planning & employee engagement.
- Conduct regular branch visits to maintain strong employee connect & support regional teams.
- Handle employee relations & grievance in line with bank policies.
- Demonstrate strong team management skills.
Preferred candidate profile.
- Tamil language proficiency.
- Relevant experience in Banking / NBFC industry.
- Willingness to travel for Branch visits across the assigned states.
- Excellent communication skills.
