About the Job

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team to drive operational excellence.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior roles.
  • Drive workforce planning, talent pipeline building, and succession planning.
  • Handle employee grievances, conflict management, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Implement engagement strategies to improve culture and retention.
  • Lead appraisal processes.
  • Ensure objective KPI-based evaluation and performance improvement plans.
  • Identify training needs and implement L&D programs.
  • Promote leadership and behavioral capability development.
  • Formulate and update HR policies and SOPs.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and labor laws.
  • Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and audits.
  • Utilize Spine HR or SAP operations, payroll input, and data management.
  • Generate HR dashboards, MIS reports, and data-driven insights for leadership.


Qualifications


  • Strong command of HR operations & statutory compliance
  • Experience working on Spine HR or SAP
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in recruitment & talent management
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making ability
  • Data-driven mindset with HR reporting capabilities
