About the Job

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions for our software consulting business. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders while ensuring seamless HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Talent Management & Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations — onboarding, confirmations, transfers, separations, and final settlements.
  • Oversee the Performance Management process including goal setting, performance appraisals, and PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) cases.
  • Partner with leadership to identify talent needs, workforce planning, and internal mobility.

2. Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
  • Handle grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and ensure fair and compliant resolutions.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory and labor law compliance requirements.

3. Compensation & Benefits Administration

  • Manage payroll coordination, salary revisions, and benefits programs.
  • Oversee medical insurance administration and ensure timely renewals and employee communication.
  • Support annual compensation reviews and benchmarking initiatives.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition programs.
  • Drive culture-building initiatives to enhance collaboration and retention.
  • Conduct employee pulse surveys and implement actionable feedback mechanisms.

5. HR Policies, Systems & Analytics

  • Maintain and update HR policies in line with business and statutory needs.
  • Ensure HR systems and employee data are accurate and up to date.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics to support leadership decisions.

Requirements:

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • 10 -12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a software or IT consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, PIP handling, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience managing medical insurance, engagement programs, and HR systems.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic initiatives with operational excellence.
