Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations and HR policy development. Key responsibilities include developing employee engagement initiatives, managing payroll and benefits, performing performance reviews, and ensuring a positive workplace culture. The role requires interaction across all departments to assess needs and implement human resource solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding processes
• Experience in Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Team Leadership
• Proficiency in Labor Laws, Compliance Management, and Compensation & Benefits
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools
• Ability to work independently and lead HR initiatives across teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
• Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar are advantageous
