Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for module-level design, hands-on development, and technical delivery
2. Provide technical mentorship to Developers and Sr. Developers
3. Lead agile-based project/module execution and track progress using tools like JIRA
4. Conduct code reviews and ensure Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) are met
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of customized solutions
6. Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder management
7. Must-Have Skills: Java 21, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, REST APIs (JSON/XML), Microservices, SQL, Angular 8+, Git, JIRA, Confluence
