Responsibilities: A Tech Support Executive is a professional who provides technical assistance to customers experiencing issues with software, Platforms, or other technical products. Their primary responsibility is troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that customers may face.

  3. Linux, Database
  4. Add On: Basic Knowledge About Spring MVC Or Spring Boot.

Key responsibilities of a Tech Support Executive include:

  1. Providing technical support via phone, email, or chat.
  2. Troubleshooting technical issues related to software and the platform.
  3. Documenting customer issues and solutions in a ticketing system.
  4. Collaborating with other technical support teams to resolve complex issues.
  5. Conducting research and identifying solutions to new technical problems.
  6. Maintaining and updating the technical knowledge base and documentation.
  7. Escalating issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  8. Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
