- Analyze functional issues and provide resolution including workarounds. \n
- Emergency data fixes. \n
- Perform root cause analysis. \n
- Coordinate with business process owners/SMEs for support and development activities. \n
- Coordinate with technical team. \n
- Prioritize incidents. \n
- Proactively identify issues with the application functionality / configuration. \n
- Continuous improvements. \n
- Identify automation opportunities. \n
- Requirements gathering. \n
- Estimate the effort and timelines for enhancements. \n
