About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Frontend Developer who’s eager to turn design concepts into smooth, responsive web experiences. In this role, you’ll partner with the designer and product team to build intuitive interfaces for our product.

Key Responsibilities

• Work in agile sprints, actively contributing to standups and delivering features in small, iterative releases
• Develop and maintain responsive UI components using React and Next.js
• Turn Figma designs into high-quality, accessible interfaces in collaboration with designers
• Style and refine layouts using Tailwind CSS, ensuring accurate and consistent design implementation
• Write clean, maintainable code and take part in peer code reviews
• Troubleshoot cross-browser issues and improve frontend performance where needed
• Leverage AI tools to assist with coding, reviews, and improvements while applying judgment to validate outputs
• Build and experiment with small internal tools or prototypes using AI to accelerate development

Requirements

• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), along with solid knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
• Practical experience building interfaces with React
• Familiarity with Next.js, including either the App Router or Pages Router
• Experience styling modern UIs using Tailwind CSS
• Comfortable working with AI-powered development tools (such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar)
• Basic knowledge of Git and version control workflows

Nice to Have

• Experience delivering projects with the help of AI-assisted development
• Understanding of API integration, including REST or GraphQL
• Familiarity with UI component libraries like shadcn/ui or Radix
• Awareness of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience using design tools like Figma or similar platforms
• Personal or side projects built with support from AI tools
