Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of basic computer software, proficient in Excel, Word and creating reports (Graphs/Charts).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Editing skills.
- Responsible to comprehend, good customer service attitude to clearly articulate the resolution
- Responsible for ensuring Process documentation is maintained in an updated fashion at all times
- Responsible for Endorsement Processing
- Build domain expertise across processes supported
- Ability to work independently.
Minimum Qualification:
- Any Graduate except technical
- Meaningful work experience
- Should have wing-to-wing knowledge of the Underwriting lifecycle Must demonstrate and further customer focus, partnership, accountability, initiative, and innovation.
- Proficient in the English language- both written and oral.
