Lead Implementation Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Design service desk architectures, monitoring frameworks & logging solutions.
2. Evaluate & integrate tools like ServiceNow, Grafana, ELK Stack, PowerBI, Tableau.
3. Lead projects, mentor teams & collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
4. Deliver technical workshops & create best-practice documentation.
5. Experience with monitoring/service desk tools (on-prem & cloud).
6. Knowledge of network architectures (secure zone, DMZ) & ITIL processes.
7. Strong communication, problem-solving & leadership skills.
