Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, test, implement, and maintain application software.
• Design, implement and maintain complex database schemas using Oracle and PL/SQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Work with existing codebases to enhance functionality and performance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Develop project plans and revise as needed to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Monitor customer issues to ensure resolution in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or upper management.
• Mentor employees by shadowing and providing timely and constructive feedback on performance.
• Must be well versed with Agile methodology.
• Possess strong capabilities to lead the project and execute the same with strong and successful deliverables to the client.
