Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive end-to-end Salesforce development and delivery. This role involves leading technical design, development, code reviews, unit testing, deployments, and ongoing support for Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, ensure high-quality implementations, mentor developers, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce development activities including design, development, code review, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Participate in project and technical discussions, contributing to functional and technical design improvements.
• Analyze requirements and program logic to ensure clarity, feasibility, and alignment with specifications.
• Develop high-quality code that meets design, performance, and security standards.
• Ensure development activities are completed as per project plans and timelines.
• Collaborate with customers when required, providing prompt support and technical guidance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and production defects.
• Conduct unit testing to ensure alignment with functional requirements.
• Identify and fix implementation issues during development, integration, or review stages.
• Maintain clear and structured code documentation and contribute to technical/user documentation.
• Continuously enhance skills and stay updated with Salesforce platform advancements.

Technical Expertise & Experience

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in Salesforce implementation and development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex classes, triggers, controllers, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce development tools, migration utilities, and web services.
• Proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL, and object-oriented languages such as Java or C#.
• Solid understanding of data management, SQL, RDBMS technologies, and SOA design principles.
• Experience with SOAP-based web services and API integrations.
• Familiarity with Outbound Messaging is a plus.

Certifications (Mandatory)

• 5–6 Salesforce certifications required.
• Must include a Salesforce Architect-level certification.
• Additional developer or consultant certifications are preferred.
