About the Role

Seeking an experienced Lead Unity Developer to manage teams, architect solutions, and deliver 2D, 3D, AR/VR, and multiplayer gaming projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Unity teams, set coding standards, and oversee full project lifecycle.
2. Architect scalable solutions for mobile, desktop, and AR/VR.
3. Build multiplayer features using Photon, Mirror, or Socket.IO.
4. Ensure performance, maintainability, and code quality.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor developers.
6. Provide technical input for pre-sales and solution design.

Requirements

1. 4+ years Unity development (1–2 years in a lead role).
2. Strong C# and Unity subsystems expertise.
3. Experience in multiplayer, AR/VR, WebGL, and mobile publishing.
4. Skilled with Git/SVN, Agile, and CI/CD.
5. Strong leadership and client-facing abilities.

Preferred

1. Published titles on Google Play, App Store, or Steam.
2. Knowledge of monetization, ads, aand nalytics.
3. Experience with DevOps, automation, or cloud deployments.
