What You'll Do:
- Lead campus hiring from Tier 1 institutes, including engagement, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Plan and execute campus calendar and recruitment drives.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and enhance employer brand visibility.
Who You Are:
- MBA from a Tier 1 institute (Batch )
- 2-5 years' experience in campus hiring or talent acquisition
- Organized, proactive, and excellent with stakeholder management
