Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack (MERN) Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications. The role requires strong proficiency in React.js for frontend development and Node.js for backend services, with a focus on building performant, secure, and maintainable software.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain user-centric web applications using React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
2. Develop RESTful APIs and server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js.
3. Integrate frontend and backend components to ensure smooth data flow and excellent UX.
4. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
5. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high code quality.
6. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver features on schedule.
7. Keep up with modern web development trends and incorporate best practices.
8. Contribute to process improvements and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 2+ years of experience in web development with strong expertise in React.js and Node.js.
2. Proficient with modern JavaScript and frameworks (React.js, Redux, Next.js preferred).
3. Solid knowledge of Express.js and backend development patterns.
4. Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.
5. Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
6. Hands-on experience with Git and version control workflows.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, good communication, and the ability to work in a team.

Nice to Have

1. Experience with Next.js, Typescript, or server-side rendering.
2. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.
3. Exposure to testing frameworks and automated testing practices.
