Job Summary: Reliance Jio is offering an exciting opportunity for fresh diploma holders in Electronics & Communication, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology to join our Network Diploma Engineer Trainee (N-DET) Apprenticeship Program at Khambhat. This program is designed to provide hands-on training, real-world industry exposure, and the opportunity to build a rewarding career in the telecommunications sector.
Program Structure:
Duration: 12 months Apprenticeship
Training:
- Induction Training: 2 weeks of structured induction training at SHQ/RHQ
- On-the-Job Training: 7 days of practical, hands-on training at JC
Post-Apprenticeship: Successful candidates will transition into Network Diploma Engineer Trainees (N-DET) roles.
Learning Approach:
- Regular classroom training sessions combined with practical exposure
- Direct interaction with the Networking Training Team for guidance
- Educational support for pursuing further studies (B.E./B.Tech in a relevant field)
Career Progression Path:
- First 0-12 months: Work as an Apprentice
- After 12 -24 months: Eligible for promotion to Network Diploma Engineer Trainee (N-DET), based on performance
- After 24+ year: Transition to Field Engineer (FE) role
- After 2+ years: Opportunity for further advancement through Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) from BITS Pilani/MIT (company-sponsored)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Diploma in Electronics & Communication, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology
- Batch: 2022, 2023, or 2024 pass-outs
- Minimum Marks: 60%
Compensation Structure:
- 0-12 months: INR 12,000/- per month (INR 1,44,000/- annually)
- 12-24 months: INR 25,000/- per month (INR 3,00,000/- annually)
- Post 24 months: INR 30,000/- per month (INR 3,60,000/- annually)
