Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead requirement gathering, workshops, and gap analysis with clients. Manage end-to-end Odoo implementations and ensure timely delivery
  2. Configure and customize Odoo core modules and workflows.
  3. Collaborate with developers for integrations and customizations. Deliver training and act as a subject matter expert
  4. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Accounting, IT, or related field.
  2. 4+ years of hands-on Odoo Functional Consultant experience.
  3. Expertise in 3–4 Odoo modules (Sales, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, CRM, etc.).
  4. Proven experience in full-cycle implementations. Strong communication, analytical, and client-facing skills.
  5. Familiarity with Odoo Studio and third-party integrations. Knowledge of SQL/technical concepts (preferred).
