Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage an Odoo development team, ensuring efficient, high-quality project delivery.
- Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules (Sales, HR, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Accounting), including major customizations.
- Engage with international clients to understand requirements, provide technical support, and deliver effective Odoo solutions.
- Manage seamless integration of third-party applications with Odoo.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, HR, manufacturing, accounting) for holistic project delivery.
- Stay updated with Odoo and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Take ownership of challenging projects from conception to completion, meeting deadlines and client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Total Experience: 5-9 Years.
- Relevant Odoo Experience: Minimum 6 years with latest versions.
- Team Leadership Experience is a must.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 6+ years of Odoo development experience, with a strong record of delivering high-quality projects.
- Hands-on experience with core Odoo modules (Sales, HR, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Accounting).
- Odoo POS development experience is a plus.
- Strong Python skills with OOP expertise.
- Extensive knowledge of Odoo's functional aspects and ability to map requirements.
- In-depth understanding and implementation experience with third-party integrations.
- Proven experience in leading, managing, and mentoring developers; conducting code reviews; and promoting best practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for effective client interaction.
- Commitment to continuous learning and incorporating new Odoo releases and industry trends.
- Proactive approach to continuous improvement and project execution.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
